I carried out a UX /CRO review of Phomo’s site, highlighting features and functionality that could be weighing down their conversion rate. I then created a redesign of their highest selling product page, the Beef Pho kit. My redesign addressed the issues highlighted in the report. When A/B tested, the redesigned page saw a 57% increase in conversions and a 67% increase in income-per-visitor. Other product pages were subsequently redesigned in the same vein, resulting in higher conversions across all pho kits.

Exalt create premium smoothies and cold-pressed juices, packed with nutrition, protein and taste. I redesigned one of their product pages with a view to increasing conversions. My redesign worked to better frame the product, explain exactly what it was, and why it was worth the outlay. When A/B tested against the existing page design, the new design produced a 100% increase in conversions.

I created a new identity and website for them as they evolved from one-man-band I Make Audio. The rebrand plays on the idea of endless possibilities with nods to the golden era of home music technology, and founder Jamie Finlay’s passion for playful experimentation. I designed their website, housing 1000+ titles accessed by working professionals and students. The Birkhäuser team were clear that they wanted the site to be a resource first, and a shop second; while the majority of titles are available to purchase, the homepage encourages people to explore their catalogue via search functions and curated collections. Work undertaken at Northern Comfort.
